BUILDING

My main line of work is building. I can make small models/objects and some large-scale items.
Note: this is not all my work! if you would like more examples, ask!

Lighting

I make all my own lighting. If i work on an environment I can do its lighting for free.

PRICING

I work for experience but for some projects, I will charge if you can pay.
Part-time/Full-time:
I only accept % if I see potential in your project For full-time building, we can discuss pricing.
Commission:
Small models (objects/good detail) - 20-40 RobuxSmall builds (small structures like mountains) - 50-70 RobuxMedium models (houses/low quality) - 70-90 RobuxLargest models - (highest quality, either large or lots of details) - 100-120 RobuxMaps:
Small map (low detail) - 50 -100 Robux
Medium map (details like trees/homes) - 100-150 Robux
Large map (high detail, lots of objects) - 200-300 RobuxI do lots of other things and I will accept USD on Paypal but only if it exceeds more than 400 robux total. I can negotiate prices although I may raise prices depending on unlisted factors or requirements, but not largely.

Priority & Contacting

Priority system:
1. Paying Robux or USD gives priority over %.
2. Complexity of building and needed models
3. Paying placement fee (25-50% of total cost beforehand)
4. Will accept % priority only if a project is legitimate and not incredibly complex.Please understand that I also have a life and I cannot build you a full-scale map within 5 hours even if you pay me upfront.
